Managed Infrastructure

We run your servers, deployments and backups. You get on with your business.

Your infrastructure, without hiring a sysadmin

Most small and mid-sized companies are stuck between two bad options: paying a full-time systems salary they cannot fill, or leaving the servers to whoever has the most free time. We take the whole thing over: servers, deployments, backups, monitoring and on-call. You keep the ownership of everything, we keep it running.

Servers and systems

Provisioning, hardening and day-to-day operation of your servers, whether they sit in a cloud provider, in a VPS, in your office or in our own platform. Updates and security patches applied on a schedule, not when something breaks.

Deployments

Containers, orchestration and automated deployment pipelines. Your development team pushes code and the change reaches production on its own, with a way back if it goes wrong. No more deployments by hand at nine at night.

Backups that restore

Automated backups in more than one location, encrypted, with retention agreed with you. And, above all, restore drills: a backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup, it is a hope.

Monitoring and alerts

Metrics, logs and availability checks on every service, with alerts that reach a person. We watch disk space, certificates, queues and response times so you find out from us, not from an angry customer.

Network, domains and certificates

DNS, mail records, reverse proxies, private VPN access between offices and servers, and TLS certificates renewed automatically. The small print that takes a site down on a Sunday if nobody is looking after it.

Costs and capacity

A monthly review of what you are paying and what you are actually using: oversized machines, forgotten services, storage nobody reads. We charge a flat fee, so cutting your provider bill costs us nothing and earns you money.

Two ways to work together

Some companies want to hand over the operation and forget about it. Others already have a developer or an IT person and only need a senior hand for the hard parts. Both are fine, and they can be combined.

Continuous operation, monthly fee

We take over the infrastructure and keep it running: monitoring, updates, backups, incidents and scheduled work. A flat monthly fee, from 300 € per month depending on how many servers and services we look after, so your bill is predictable and we are not paid more when things go wrong.

DevOps hours on demand

A block of hours of a senior profile for architecture, automation, migrations, putting out a specific fire or sitting with your team. From 70 € per hour, with the hours you use reported one by one and no expiry date pressing you.

Both figures are starting points, not a final quote: the fee depends on the number of servers, the services involved and the hours of cover you need. Third-party licenses, cloud provider bills and hardware are billed separately, at cost.

Service level, in writing

Outsourcing infrastructure only works if you know what you can demand. This is what we commit to, and it goes into the contract, not just into this page.

24/7 monitoring, 15-minute response

Your services are watched every day of the year, including nights and holidays. Average response time to a critical incident: 15 minutes. Behind the alert there is always a person, and we lean on trusted colleagues when an incident needs more than one pair of hands.

You talk to the technician, not to a call centre

No ticket levels, no scripted operators, no explaining your setup from scratch every time. You write or call the person who knows your infrastructure by heart.

Monthly report you can actually read

Once a month, in plain language: availability, incidents and how they were solved, work done, pending risks and what your infrastructure cost. Useful for a board meeting, not just for a technician.

No lock-in: you can leave

Accounts, domains and servers are in your name from day one. The infrastructure is documented as code in a repository you own, so another provider — or your own team — can pick it up without starting over. Notice period of one month, no penalties.

What is included and what is not

Saying it up front avoids the classic argument at the third invoice.

Included in the monthly fee

Operation and monitoring of the agreed servers and services; security updates and patching; backups and restore drills; management of DNS, certificates and VPN access; incident handling and on-call; monthly report; and the small day-to-day changes that do not need a project.

Quoted separately

Third-party licenses, cloud provider bills and hardware, billed at cost; migrations and new projects; custom software development; end-user and desktop support; and security audits or pentesting. Each of those has its own page on this site.

Tell us what you have today

Two servers and a website, a rack in the office nobody dares to touch, an AWS bill that keeps growing, or a developer who is doing the sysadmin work in his spare time. Tell us the situation and we will send you a quote with the fee and what it covers. The first conversation is free.
