Transparency
Itemised cost
The quote shows what is the provider's cost (domain, server, certificate if it is not free) and what is our work. Provider costs are billed at cost.
Accounts in your name
Domain, server and services are registered in your accounts, with your billing. We have access to do the work, not ownership.
No minimum term
No lock-in and no penalty. If you leave, you take the access, the data and the documentation with you.
What cover you get
Continuous availability monitoring and a reply within 24 working hours. If you need cover outside those hours, we agree it and write it into the contract.
