This site requires no registration and sets no cookies. We only process aggregated browsing data and whatever you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email.

1. Data controller

The controller of data collected through this site is Esdis Cloud SL (trading as Esdis Cloud), tax ID [REVISAR: datos de la sociedad], contact address info@esdis.es. The registered address is published in the legal notice.

2. What we collect, and on what legal basis

  • Aggregated browsing data. Page visited, browser, operating system, language and approximate country, collected with Umami, an analytics tool self-hosted on our own servers within the European Economic Area. Umami sets no cookies, does not track users individually and truncates IP addresses. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as no identifying data is processed.
  • Contact form data. Name, email address, company, service of interest, monthly spend range and the content of the message. Used only to answer the enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Email. If you write to info@esdis.es we keep your message, your address and any data you provide voluntarily, on the same legal basis as above.

No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out with this data.

3. Purposes

  • Maintaining and improving the website, using aggregated analytics.
  • Answering requests for information or quotes, and any resulting contract.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

4. Retention

Aggregated analytics data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and afterwards for the legal periods applicable to commercial relationships under Spanish commercial and tax law.

5. Disclosures and international transfers

No personal data is disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Analytics is self-hosted on our own servers within the European Economic Area. If the contact form is ever handled by an external provider, that provider and its location will be named here before it is activated.

6. Your rights

You may access your data, have it rectified or erased, object to processing, request its restriction, ask for portability in a structured, machine-readable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights write to info@esdis.es stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
