1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Esdis Cloud, with address at Renedo de Piélagos (39470, Cantabria, Spain) and contact email info@esdis.es.

2. What data we collect

Esdis Cloud does not require registration and does not collect directly identifying personal data. Only the following data is collected, with the legal basis indicated in each case:

  • Aggregated browsing data: page visited, browser, operating system, language, approximate country by IP, collected by Umami Analytics, our self-hosted solution. Umami does not install cookies, does not track individual users and truncates IP addresses. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to article 6.1.f) GDPR, since no identifying data is processed.
  • Contact data: when a user emails info@esdis.es requesting information or a quote, the message content, email address and any data voluntarily provided are stored. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, pursuant to articles 6.1.a) and 6.1.b) GDPR.

3. Purposes

  • Maintain and improve the website (aggregated analytics).
  • Handle requests for information or quotes, and any subsequent contracting.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Retention

Aggregated analytics data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the legal periods applicable to commercial relationships (Spanish Commercial Code, tax law).

5. Disclosures and international transfers

No personal data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The analytics infrastructure (Umami) is self-hosted on our own servers within the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we process about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase data when no longer needed for the processing purposes.
  • Object to the processing.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to info@esdis.es indicating the right you wish to exercise and, where appropriate, a copy of your ID or other document proving your identity.

If you consider that your rights have not been properly handled, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
