IT Consulting

Independent advice for companies that are tired of biased opinions.

Advice without conflicts of interest

The big consultancies recommend exactly the same thing they sell: their licenses, their cloud partner, their preferred integrator. We are not tied to any vendor, so our recommendation is based only on what is best for you. Even if the conclusion is that you don't need us.

Situation analysis

We audit what you actually have: infrastructure, contracts, licenses, processes, documentation, risks, real costs and technical debt. We deliver a written report you own and can hand to anyone.

Technology roadmap

A prioritized plan with realistic steps, ballpark costs and expected impact. What to do this quarter, what to leave for next year and what is simply not worth it. No magical transformations.

Hiring assistance

Defining technical profiles, reviewing CVs, designing fair technical tests, sitting with you in interviews. So you don't depend on a recruiter who doesn't distinguish a senior from a junior.

Architecture decisions

Cloud or on-premise? Monolith or microservices? SaaS or self-hosted? We help you decide with numbers, not with hype. And we put our reasoning in writing so you can challenge it.

Vendor mediation

We review quotes you receive from other suppliers, translate the technical jargon, detect inflated items and help you negotiate. Very often we save you more than we charge.

Fractional CTO

A few hours a month dedicated to strategic technical decisions, technology watch, supplier review and process improvement. Access to an experienced CTO without the salary of one.

Clear, tangible deliverables

Consulting should never be an invoice for a string of meetings. Every one of our engagements ends with something written, reusable and owned by you.

Situation report

A readable document describing what you have, how it works, what is broken, what is at risk and how much it really costs. Written in plain language so the management team can actually read it.

Prioritized action plan

A list of concrete actions ordered by impact and effort, with rough cost, estimated time and who can execute them (your team, us, someone else).

Documented architecture

Real architecture diagrams (not the ones that only exist in somebody's head), data flows, dependencies and single points of failure. Useful for audits, onboarding and decisions.

Hiring package

Job description, technical test, interview script and evaluation rubric. Reusable artifacts your HR team can keep using long after we are gone.

How we work: honesty first

Consulting is built on trust. These are the rules we impose on ourselves so that you never have to doubt our motives.

No vendor commissions

We do not accept kickbacks, affiliate fees or commissions from any vendor we recommend. Our only income is what you pay us.

We will tell you if you don't need us

If the best solution is to do nothing, to keep your current provider or to fix it internally, we will say so. Losing a small engagement is cheaper than losing your trust.

Total confidentiality

NDA from day one if you want it, segregated handling of your data, and we never mention a client in public without explicit written permission.

Everything in writing

Verbal advice is forgotten and disputed. Every relevant recommendation, assumption and risk is documented so that tomorrow you (or your successor) can go back and question it.

Free first conversation, no strings attached

Tell us what is worrying you: an opaque provider, a decision you don't know how to take, a hire you are unsure about, a situation report you need before a board meeting. The first call is free and without commitment of any kind.
